Six-time champs offer LAX camp

Mount St. Mary Academy, the Monsignor Martin Lacrosse champions since 2005 will offer a lacrosse day Mt. St. Mary LAX team has won six straight titlescamp for girls entering grades 5-8. The program, running from July 26- 30 from 9 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at the school, will give assistance and skill development to introduce students to the game of lacrosse.

The camp is run by Mount St. Mary Thunder coach, Marissa Dauria who has led the Thunder in their past two championship seasons. Dauria will be assisted by current players and recent graduates, who will use their experience to help mentor young, future players. Campers will participate daily in fundamentals and skills development, focusing on passing, catching, learning to pick up ground balls, and shooting.

Players of all experience levels are welcome. The registration fee of $125 includes a camp t-shirt.
